I would like to thank all of the staff for being so nice to my daughters and making them comfortable on their visit. They were very accommodating and patient with them. And the manager was a Sweat Heart….I would recommend this place to all mothers looking to be seen as well as your children.

I’ve been coming here for years. I love the staff. They truly care of how you’re feeling and well being. Anjali is amazing. She listens to my concerns and does an awesome job explaining things in terms I can understand. I have never had any issues here. Definitely recommend this facility to everyone!

The young ladies at the front desk are always so kind and helpful. They never hesitate to step in and help when the nurses are busy, and they always greet me with a smile. That’s why I like to bring them a little treat every now and then. They work so hard, and I truly appreciate everything they do for me. It’s always a pleasure coming here because of how them. Thank you girls, keep up the good work there is donuts in your future.

I am saddened that I find myself writing a negative review for this practice. I am a relatively new patient. March 30th was my second visit with Ms. Reddy (PA) and my experience is that the staff does not pay attention to requests, seemingly too busy. I initially sent an email to Ms. Reddy on March 5th alerting her about the packet of paperwork I dropped at her office on March 16th. When I went to my appointment on March 30th, Ms. the paperwork was not ready nor did the assistant know about it. The front desk staff is limited to making appointments, requiring messages to be left on voice mail with Ms. Reddy's assistant. The practice portal does not offer a link to send a request to my doctor. It is not possible to reach Ms. Reddy, and messages left with her assistant remain unanswered. I am eager to seek resolutiion of the unsatisfactory position I find myself in, having realized high stress only.

I went in January for my yearly wellness check, which is supposed to be fully covered and not billed as an additional visit. However, I was charged because the insurance claimed it didn’t cover me “talking to the doctor about fatigue and weight.” I did not bring these issues up on my own. Dr. Anjali asked me how I was feeling, and during the visit she also focused heavily on my weight and attempted to talk me into taking weight-loss shots. At no point was I informed that answering her questions or discussing these topics would result in extra charges. If the office is aware that asking patients questions outside standard wellness guidelines leads to additional billing, then those questions should not be asked without full disclosure. This has never happened to me before—doctors routinely ask how you feel and discuss weight during wellness exams without billing it as a separate issue. This experience feels misleading and, frankly, raises concerns about improper or fraudulent insurance billing practices. Transparency with patients is essential, and this visit lacked it completely. The front desk staff is always rude, you say good morning and it’s like you are talking to yourself.
